What happens if there’s damage to my home while I’m on vacation?
If any damage occurs, I will immediately notify you (if you make use of optional services) and take the necessary steps to mitigate further damage.

Can you help with cleaning or housekeeping while I'm gone?
Yes. I allow you to have your own housekeeping service clean, and if you don't have one, I can arrange someone for you.

If I subscribe to a plan, how long is the service valid?
Upon activation, your subscription is valid for one year and will expire after that. It will no longer be valid after the one-year period.

How do I pay for your services?
I accept a variety of payment methods, including bank transfers and credit/debit cards. I will provide all the details necessary for a smooth and secure payment process.

Is there a cancellation fee if I decide to stop using your services?
If you decide to cancel your subscription after signing up, you can do so within 14 days. After this period, all costs will be charged.
